Denis has specialised in commercial property and leasing for over 25 years. During this time he has been responsible for the drafting and negotiating of leases for major lessors and lessees and has dealt with specialty leasing requirements of franchise chains.

He advises on property acquisitions and development, operating and ownership structures, franchise documentation, franchisor and franchisee requirements, mortgages and security documentation.
