Nick Purcell

Special Counsel

Nick has been with Anderssen Lawyers for the past ten years and now heads up the firm's Estate and Succession Planning division.  Using his qualifications in accounting and law, Nick works closely with his clients to understand their personal and financial circumstances so that he may assist them to manage and protect their assets.  Through a careful and consultative approach, Nick helps his clients develop and implement appropriate plans and structures so that they may achieve their short and long-term goals.

With experience ranging from Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney through to trusts, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and Business Succession Planning, Nick is able to assist clients with a broad spectrum of asset management and protection concerns.

With extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation, Nick also understands the value in creating processes that anticipate issues before they arise and enable them to be managed with as little disruption as possible.

Nick is currently completing studies at the Masters level in relation to taxation and financial planning.  In his spare time, he is raising two active boys and enjoys taking them on adventures in the great outdoors.
